Sodium Hexa Meta Phoshphate
Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP)
Product Description
Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP) is a high-performance inorganic polyphosphate widely used as a water treatment chemical, scale inhibitor, dispersing agent, sequestrant, and deflocculant. It effectively prevents the formation of calcium and magnesium scales, disperses suspended solids, and improves the performance of industrial water systems.
SHMP is extensively used in boiler water treatment, cooling water systems, reverse osmosis (RO) plants, detergents, ceramics, textiles, paper manufacturing, food processing, and oilfield applications.
Sodium Hexameta Phosphate (SHMP or Metaphos) which is used in softening of hard water and effluent treatment by a number of textile process houses and industries.
Colourless crystals, soluble in water. Non flammable.
Uses: Water Softners, Boiler Water Compounds, Detergent, M etal Cleaner, Paint Removers, Industrial Cleaners
